By using of ceramic eyelet on all thread course, it prevents from abrasion of thread course.
Powerful endurance was originated by materials sith ultra precision processing in the main mechanism such as take-up lever, needlebar, moving knife & head.
For the accurate & fast frame movement and head transfer, stepping motor of high-precision and LM guide system for FA are adopted, realizing semipermanent precision for embroidery.
 
By controlling the main shaft driver with AC servo motor, the response for the speed change even stitching becomes fasat and smooth so that stable and accurate embroidery can be made in every speed range.
As semi-auto lubrication system is installed, the lubricant is supplied automatically and frequent lubrication problems were solved.
